When placing an order through the website helinaguleria.com you are entering in an agreement with us and accept our terms and conditions stated on this website. Please read these terms and conditions before making a purchase through this website.
When we have received your order through our online webstore, there will be an automatic email send to you confirming your order. Confirmation of your order will contain all the information regarding the products you have ordered, price and estimated delivery time. We do not accept orders via email.
We aim to ensure all prices are accurate on the website. Prices are all included Dutch 21% VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs and any additional customs and duty fees when shipping. Prices and offers are displayed in EURO and will be changed when needed.
When a purchase is unavailable, due to customers loving a specific product and massively purchasing it, we are entitled to cancel your order. We will inform you about this and a full refund will be offered.
We aim to display products on our website as accurate as possible. However, products may result in differences of color between your product displayed on screen and delivered to you.
Any order made by anyone younger than 18 years will not be accepted. For you all younger than 18 year, it will be advisable to ask an older person to order the item.

Shipping & Delivery
To make sure you can receive your new purchase on time we will be processing orders on Monday-Friday during every week (exceptions are made for public holidays). Shipping orders will be delivered by Postnl or DHL. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the Postnl or DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can be tracked on www.postnl.nl or www.dhl.com. Delivery time and shipping costs per region need to be calculated by every order which will be communicated by an email after the purchase. Customs and duty fees are not included in shipping costs. If you want to receive this item ASAP, please ensure there is someone available to sign for the delivery at the door. This will encounter any further delays, which means you can dig into your package even sooner to see the purchase you made. We only ship to home or office addresses, so make sure you do not indicate P.O. box addresses when you are making your order. We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered parcels made by Postnl or DHL themselves.
RETURN OR EXCHANGES
Above all our aim is to provide you with a product that is completely to your satisfaction. If you think your online purchase is not meeting this, you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt on your own expense. The articles must be returned undamaged, unworn, un spitted, unburned etc. and in their original packaging with their labels attached. Items that are damaged or includes any of above mentioned features, will not be accepted and will be send back to you.
To return your order, please fill in the complete return form which you have received and attach it to your package. Important is to note down on this form your original order number, your address details and return code. On the other hand, if you absolutely love your item, but you would like to exchange it for another size or color, please indicate this on the form as well. Send the package to the address mentioned on the return form.
If any online purchase comes with a fabric or manufacturing fault, the item will have a warranty up to 12 months. Please contact our office at email@example.com with your order number, costumer’s name, email address, article number, pictures of the observed fault and a brief description of the claim.
